The office sets up the job
Start from a template, such as a kitchen refit or Part L photo evidence. Choose who does each task, and mark the hold points.

Trades photograph each task
On their own phone, with or without signal. Every photo records when and where it was taken.

The site manager signs it off
Or sends it back with a note saying what to fix. Work at a hold point can’t be covered up until it’s approved.

Only on the tasks you choose. They get a link by text or email, with no account or app to install.
